Couples Therapy

It is in identifying, understanding, and getting clear on how these patterns have been functioning that you can begin developing new ways of interacting that lead to feeling more secure, cared about, understood, valued, and connected.

We work with couples from a relational perspective using Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), an evidence based approach that is grounded in the science of human attachment. In session, we will meet you where you are at on your relationship journey and can support you in identifying and communicating your unmet needs, relational wounds, and underlying feelings that keep your old pattern of disconnection in motion and work with you to develop a new pattern of emotional security and connection.
