Paige Sutula, MA, MFTC, Therapist

As human beings, we are wired for connection. When we meet our “person” it is hard to imagine anything getting in the way of choosing each other every day. However, sometimes life gets in the way. With busy schedules and endless distractions, it is far too easy to become disconnected from the ones we love. Therapy can provide a safe place to reconnect, and begin to address the roadblocks that are preventing a fulfilling relationship.

My passion resides in utilizing an integrative, emotionally focused approach to help uncover the joy, love, and strength within you. This evidence-based practice is designed to help you break free from the unproductive communication patterns that have left you feeling stuck and disconnected. We will explore the emotions, external factors, and patterns that create barriers in your life. Together we will move towards a new pattern that nurtures connection, active participation, and trust within your relationship.

I hold my master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Regis University. I enjoy working with both individuals and couples through a relational lens. I strive to create a warm and inviting space where you can feel comfortable navigating life's challenges.
